After processing, delivery times may vary based on destination, carrier availability, and fulfillment conditions. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment is completed. If a free shipping offer is active, it will be reflected during checkout.
Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email when available.
Incorrect shipping information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Dusk™ is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information entered at checkout.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, or if your package appears lost, contact us at support@trydusksleep.com with your order number and we’ll help review the issue.
Damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@trydusksleep.com with your order number and clear photos of the package and items.
If a product arrives visibly damaged, leaking, swollen, cracked, melted, defective, or otherwise unsafe, do not use it. Contact us right away at support@trydusksleep.com with your order number and photos or video of the issue.
